Cha-ching! We pay a quarterly bonus to each employee—up to 15% of your annual income. No office politics here: We're upfront about what determines the size of your bonus. We actually reward people for embodying Spheric's culture. You'll receive more details once hired, but we look at:

- Reading useful or inspiring non-technical books that relate to technology, business, or personal productivity

We're happy to help your account grow. American? RRSP is sort of the Canadian version of the 401(k). We'd work out a strictly U.S. agreement with you.

You'll receive up to a $5000 annual budget to attend industry training or conferences. Spheric determines which costs and conferences are appropriate, but we want you to be up on the latest, coolest technology and feel regularly re-inspired and recharged.
Freedom
Want to work on a tropical beach, sipping a cool drink, looking out on a turquoise sea? Rather stay in bed all day curled up with your laptop? Heard about a blizzard and want to take your board with you? Just bring your laptop, too, and keep the project moving. For many projects we're a virtual team, so location doesn't matter if you can find wifi. The exception? About 80% of ALUI projects involves traveling to and working at the client's site. Travel on our dime.
Razor-sharp training
All new employees receive initial intensive in-house training. We've been finessing how to keep training steady and ongoing, through conferences, seminars, and online. If it's a hot technology or, even better, a highly effective one that only the sharpest developers know—you'll have the opportunity to learn it. We not only want our entire team to be ahead of the game, we want to support your career path, goals, and growing skill set.
